Refund policy

If you decide your purchase is unsuitable, that's no problem!

Simply drop us a quick email us at shop@kaala22.com along with your order number to let us know your return is on it's way.

Attach your order slip to your item and return to us within 14 days of receiving the item,  in it's original condition, packaging, with tags and unworn. The item must be in saleable condition so no perfume or smoke odours or make up marks etc.

*Please note we do not cover the cost of return and would advise to use a track and trace service. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any returns lost en route to us.

We will process your return within 3 day of receipt and process your refund. You will be refunded the cost of the item but not the cost of outward shipping. Please note refunds may take up to 14 days to reach your account.

Faulty items

Please inspect your items on receipt. Should there be any damages/faults, please email us at shop@kaala22.com. Faults must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of item as above, but we will either replace or refund once the faulty item has been returned.
